Isle of Wight Digital Printer Wins New Harrods Contract

Beacon Print based on the Isle of Wight has recently won the contract to produce bespoke patisserie cake boxes for the American TV chef Thomas Keller and his well known French Laundry Restaurant at the famous Harrods Knightsbridge store in London.

 

After eating a 12 course tasting menu costing £250 per head, the box was used to give customers a patisserie designed by Thomas Keller last month at Harrods.

 

This bespoke digitally printed box was designed by Mandy Sherliker, of Sherliker Design in London and printed by Beacon Print on the Isle of Wight. The box was well received and praised by Thomas Keller and his associate chefs.

 

The success of the custom made box from Beacon Print has led to further enquiries about their specialist packaging services from other Michelin star chefs and they look forward to producing many more high quality food boxes for their clients on and off the Isle of Wight
